WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PERSONAL DETAILS I SEND?
If you UNCLICK (remove the tick) from the "please email me updates" box from our entry forms and email page, your entry form or email will be accepted, but we will not keep your personal details after the competition is completed (or your email has been responded to).
If you leave the tick box as it is, we will retain the personal information you send us. This allows us to send you news about what is happening at Gondwana. However we promise that we;

• will not divulge your name or contact details to any other organisation or business
• won’t send you more than 4 Gondwana "newsletters" each year

CAN I CHECK WHAT DETAILS YOU HAVE ABOUT ME?
Sure — we’re not set up to do this on-line yet, but email us and we’ll send you your records. If you’d like us to update or correct our records you can simply change the details we send you and email us back.

CAN I REMOVE MYSELF FROM YOUR RECORDS?
Simply email us and put REMOVE PERSONAL DETAILS as the subject. This will mean we will remove your details from our records and you won’t hear from us again.

WILL YOU QUOTE ME?
We like to be able to share what people think of our kits with other Gondwana fans. We use consumer quotes in our brochures, on our website, and in other marketing materials.

If you leave the "please email me updates" box as it is we’ll assume that it’s OK to quote you (either printed or on the web). We only choose a small proportion of emails or letters to share but if yours is chosen —

• We’ll respect your privacy by only identifying you by your first name and the region you’re from (we won’t include your surname, address, age or any other details)
• We reserve the right to abridge (shorten) long letters or emails.

If you don’t want your letter or email to EVER be quoted please either

• UNCLICK (remove the tick) from the "please email me updates" box or
• Write NOT TO BE QUOTED at the top of your message
