If you are in NZ, Australia or the USA, you can also order via Mail Order. Simply download the appropriate form for your country, print it out, fill it in, then either post or fax it to our offices. We'll take it from there! But please remember we are not a secure site, so do not email credit card details to us.

Please note: Do not send credit card or cheques at this stage. We will prepare a proforma invoice to confirm that the items are available and fax or email back to you requesting payment.
